"Don't ever go here unless u want to be lied to. Whichever character working there told me Samsung wouldnt cover the warranty because the "scuff" u can barely see on the back of the phone in pic to the right "caused" my screen to get a line in it originating where the screen bends, is a special kind of person. Not a single defect of even the slightest anywhere else on the phone. They obviously don't make money off warranty claims so he basically told me to get lost. Worst kind of "businessman" smh..."
"Amazing experience. I had an issue with the 'Check charging port for moisture/foreign object notification' that would not go away no matter what I did. Dillon, Shelly and the rest of the crew, (feel terrible I don't remember their names), all took a look at my phone and knew exactly what was wrong with it. Scheduled an appointment for when the parts came in, took it to them that day when the parts came in, and they fixed it in much less time I was expecting. Really intelligent and polite staff. Would recommend 100%."
"I filed a claim for a cracked screen and came in a half hour after they take their last customer. Tee was VERY helpful and understanding of my dilemma (I use my phone for work) and squeezed me in. Within 45 minutes I was on my way. While there I heard several interactions with other customers and they were very patient and had an answer for every question. Highly recommend."
"Front screen repair, took 15 mins or less for my phone. Even called to see if he can move the appointment to earlier time. Great customer service! (Home repair) In-store repair - other phone two weeks later. Easy peezy, Devin assist me with my husbands cracked screen repair. Very professional and courteous. Provided the time for the repair and was completed sooner than the time frame given. Will definitely refer friends to this location."
