"It is very difficult to find an honest auto repair shop that knows what they’re doing when it comes to automotive repair. Jim’s is one of those shops. I am in Alaska and my daughter is in Stow OH and after hearing the details of both Jim’s service and pricing, I’m certain she found a shop she can trust that WILL NOT take advantage of her.
