"Friendly people but I feel overcharged. Went in for a simple oil change, but my battery apparently died on the rack. They asked if I just wanted a jump or if I wanted them to replace it. Manager said if I had them do it "I'll get you the best one and give you a discount" so I went for that one. Well the battery they went with was a $240 battery from AutoZone from down the street that they had delivered, but charged me $265 for it then told me the "discount" was them not charging me $80 to install it. I could've just had them jump it and drive to AutoZone, buy the new one for $25 less (or get the $210 one instead and save $55) AND have the damn AutoZone employees put it in for me! Also, $80 is your battery installation price?! Didn't know y'all charged $40/minute for labor!!!! Even disregarding the price, don't tell someone you're giving them a discount when all you're doing is waiving an exorbitant installation fee. Made me feel like I was getting a deal, then slapped me with an above MSRP price. I'm a broke college student and its Christmas time, so every dollar matters to me."

"The staff, especially Emma, went above and beyond to get my car back on the road! I'm so glad that my flat tire happened near this shop. They got me in right away, and if my tire could be patched, I would have been back on the road quickly. When inspection showed that I would need a new tire, Emma searched for a shop that had the same tire in stock and went to get it so I could drive home that day."
