The first thing out of her mouth was what's that referring to a water inlet valve I had in my hand .I stated Ms it's not for you .I was told about the store from the hardware store next door .just trying to see if I can set up company account oh we don't do that okay Ms have a nice day ."

"I was having a strange issue where the evaporator fan on our refrigerator would occasionally rev up and then stop repeatedly. It would also occasionally display an error code for the evaporator fan. I called G & W Whims. The repair person order a replacement fan, and replaced it a week later, but it didn't help. Had the same behavior and occasional error code. When I called, they asked me to give it more time, but I went ahead and scheduled the repair person come back in a week. He showed up, and the error code happen to be displayed. In so many words, he essentially said he didn't know what the problem was and wasn't going to waste his time trying to figure it out. He did refund the initial repair cost, which is why I'm giving them 3 starts. I called Sears, and their repair person diagnosed the issue in about 10 minutes using the on board diagnostics. It was a variable speed motor, and the slower speed setting was what caused the issue. We reset the fan connector on the control board, and it fixed the issue. He gave me the part number for the control board and showed me how to order and replace it myself in case the issue came back."
