"I was having one heck of a time with my hone warranty. Took them months to respond to me about my hot water tank. So I called around and I got the number to axis plumbing and gave the number to my home warranty and they called them To set up an inspection. Patty called me the next day and she was awesome! Patty was amazing in walking me through the process and the best part was I did not have to deal with my home warranty people at all! Patty took care of everything! I would recommend these folks to anyone! They are simply amazing!!! Thank you patty and crew!"
"The receptionist who answered the phone was very rude. She informed me that she would call me back in a few hours to let me know if someone would be able to come out to my home for the day, when I told her I would continue to call around she immediately got a nasty attuned with me claiming that I was rude to allow her to pull one of her guys off of a job only to choose someone else. I tried to explain that this was not what she said to me but she continued to be rude. I will not return nor will I recommend them to anyone"
