"Was on my way to MetroHealth Parma facility on Snow Rd east of W 130th St when my vehicles "Low Tire Pressure" Warning System went off on car's dashboard. Stopped at Jo-Joe's Automotive because they were open..and I needed air in one of my tires. The young man outside the building said "Yes" when I asked if they had an air-hose I could use. He brought out the air-hose from inside the building through an open bay door and was very helpful while I put air in BOTH front tires of my vehicle. I finished using the air-hose and returned it to the young man. If you need air in your tire(s)..free..and are in the area..this is a convenient place to stop. Thank you. Respectfully Glenn"
"Called to have the 02sensor and EGR valve replaced to get the service engine light off to pass emissions was quoted $265 then without informing me they had a issue with removing the EGR valve so they made other adjustment never replaced it use the 02sensor I had brought in with me when I picked it up the price was suddenly $334 drove it for a few hours the service engine light is back on…. Don’t think I will be using them again!!"
