"I limped in to the shop on a Sunday morning just as they opened with a tire going flat from a road hazard. These guys couldn’t have been more helpful. In a world that can’t find good workers anywhere Mr. Tire had 4 of them all ready to help me during a stressful event. Restored my faith in the American worker. Wish I would’ve gotten their names. This place was AWESOME. Thank you guys for helping me."

"I came in because I was having problems with my car shaking. I was told I needed back pads & roders, inner & outer tire rods on both sides & an alignment to fix the problem. $1,300 later I left the shop with the same exact problem I took it in for. I reversed back into the shop & told them the same issue was happening. They told me to come back in the morning & when I came back, Tony told me if the problem was still happening then I would need the front pads & roders done as well. I decided to take it to the Jeep dealership as I no longer trusted these diagnoses, where they told me the only thing wrong with it was the spark plugs which was a $500 job. I took the proof of what was actually wrong back to Tony who claimed it didn’t make any sense & told me he would speak to his boss & get back to me & see if there was something that could be done for me. This was a week & a half ago & he never got back to me. I’m very upset & disappointed & feel as if I put $1300 down the drain. Even if I would need new breaks & roders down the line, that is not what I came in to fix, I came in to fix the problem & that was not the problem."

"I went to Mr Tire because I was having an issue with a tire I purchased from them back in 2020. Since I had road hazard coverage, I figured the issue would be covered and my tire would be repaired at no cost. After they inspected my car, I was told I needed 4 new tires plus struts and shocks. I went along with it and got the repairs, because I have a young daughter who rides in my car regularly and her safety is my top priority. So I did not want to wait or shop around but I definitely should have. Ended up costing $2500! And I had to open a new credit card to pay that because obviously I don't have that much extra cash sitting around. I am very unhappy because I do not think I actually needed new tires. The tires purchased from them in 2020 had a 55,000 mileage warranty and I had driven not even 30,000 miles on them. In addition I really feel as though I was way overcharged on everything. I will not be going back to Mr Tire and I definitely do NOT recommend them."
