"I was very pleased with my recent service. My family has been going to Royal Auto for decades. The current owner of shell bought it and is now running both. I have been nothing but to say good about everything. My recent service required me to get a car ride. I was told I was going to have a loaner car. When I arrived though the loaner car had already been gone to the gentleman who had the Cadillac on the lift. I therefore realized why he got the loaner car. But the crew was great they drove me home and when it was done came back and picked me up. The whole job was done for about $300 less than I had estimated."

I was little disappointed that the supplier of the new rim for my tire didn't deliver it until the day after that Silas diagnosed the cause of my tire losing air was a cracked rim. "These guys are awesome! I brought in a car I had just bought from Carvana with a silverrock warranty and they went above and beyond. Checked the whole car, and found several other issues that I didn't know about and got SilverRock to cover all of it. Everyone's super friendly, and they got a lot of work done very quickly. I will definitely be taking my car back here for more warranty work."
"Took my 2007 Trailblazer in thinking it was a fuel pump issue. Turned out to be a sensor issue. Dave was great to work with, honest and reasonable. Explained the issue and why it was causing the problem. Kept the car overnight to make sure it was running properly after sitting. It was so appreciated. Friendly staff inside the store also."
