"Prompt response & professional service , fair price"
"I spoke to Paul Shay about seven days ago. He shared he was busy but could get us in the beginning of November. We live out of state. and were really depending on him as he was referred to us. We also have a time line to get the plumbing done as we are putting in a new kitchen and bathroom. I text him there was a mix up with his email. He then told me he could not do our job. We wasted a whole week and living out of state were really depending on Paul. He did not really seem concerned one bit. I would hope for better customer service and given the circumstances would of thought he would have taken care of us.."

"I had been a loyal customer of Accent plumbing...Paul Shay....for about 12 yrs. and my sink drain recently quit draining all of a sudden....i called....left a message....you usually get voice mail......waited 2 days for reply...nothing.....needless to say i am now working with another plumber ......smh....not a good way to treat a long time customer...."
