"Prompt response call and excellent service. The receptionist was courteous and professional. Got us scheduled for service within 4 hours of our call, technician Bill showed up as promised. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and understood our issue we were facing with our gas furnace; he checked and diagnosed all that was required and promptly made the necessary adjustment to get our furnace operating as it should. Since they installed the furnace 2 years ago into our new home and being under warranty we were not charged for his call and service. We highly recommend Luxury Heating for your HVAC needs."

Brian arrived right on time, made a valiant effort to relight the pilot light, then worked up an estimate. Luckily, they could replace it that day, and I was back in business. "TL;DR: 10/10 would recommend using Luxury Heating and Cooling WOW, what great service. We had a house humidifier installed. Before installation began, we got a courtesy heads up call. Once they arrived, the techs spoke with us about the different installation configurations to choose from and the pros/cons. Made a suggestion that worked best and we went with it. Other contractors did not identify the issues with the other configurations that these techs identified. Once they went to work, they kept the over-shoe booties on inside the house and took them off leaving the house. When they were done, they left it better than they found it. The area was cleaned up of all loose screws and trash, plus they fixed an issue from the original furnace installer. They made sure the walk is through the various settings, suggested operating points, and explained the normal maintenance needed on the unit. They were extremely professional, personable, and seemed to really love what they did. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quality HVAC company to use Luxury Heating and Cooling. We’re going to be future customers after that service. My wife and I even talked about how great the experience it was for us."
