"This morning I received a phone call at about 8:09, from the tech, that he would be on his way in about an hour. I told the gentleman that I was dropping off my kids and it would be closer or after 9:00 before I could get back home. He said okay. When I arrived home at 9:05 there was a tag on my door that said sorry we missed you. Please call the reschedule. When I called the dispatcher to see if the technician could come back and explain the situation, she placed me on a brief hold to contact the tech. After a moment, she returned on the phone and told me the technician had already said to reschedule for another day, at 9:13. So obviously nobody in that company ever had kids and needed to be flexible sometimes with appointment times or maybe they have every minute planned out without exceptions; or they enjoy stringing customers along and giving people the runaround. I'm canceling my claim from my insurance company with them and asking for another company, because they ONLY take service calls between Tuesday and Thursday with no Mondays or Fridays; yet their hours of operation states Monday through Friday. I guess the technician had better things to do. I do NOT recommend this company."

"My dryer stopped heating in the middle of a load. Ugh. AAA is my neighborhood appliance repair shop. I've used them before and highly recommend! Quality service above all!! Not only did the heating element get fixed but I needed new dryer drum pads and now my light works again! Forgot I had one! Above and beyond!"

"UPDATE: Since I had a local repair company (not AAA) come I changed my rating to one star. The AAA Appliance guy who I figured was nice said he can't solve a problem I am having with a draining issue unless it is happening when he is there lied. Another local repair service came today and knew the exact part causing the issue and ordered the replacement and didn't need the issue to be happening when they came. So the AAA repairman lied. I wouldn't even use this company. I am leaving the original review below because everything else still stands.... I've had 3 appointments with them and only one was met. The man who comes to service (at least the older gentleman I dealt with the one time) the appliances is friendly and knowledgeable, but the woman on the phone is not so much. 2 out of the 3 appointments was dealing with her telling me that they can't come out with an attitude. 2nd Time I got a call with her telling me that they couldn't come on Friday and asked me if that's fine (with no extra detail and with an attitude) and I said no (assuming she is telling me they can't do it) so she scoffed and said that they can do it the next day, but not Friday (why wouldn't you lead with that and why scoff?). I agreed. The next day she calls and says that they aren't going to be able to service my dishwasher and that they need to kick it back to GE because they are too busy. What I don't understand is why they agree to service things if they can't do it, and why she had to be rude in the process. 1 out of 3 appointments met and even the 1 they made it to was a rescheduled appointment as well is very disappointing. Like I said though; the repair man was friendly and courteous and if you ever get to the point where he is actually coming out then he is good. The only reason they get 2 instead of one star is the older gentleman who came out the one time."
