"This store is great! I like their merchandise and they have good prices. I bought a sofa a year ago, and the entire sofa still looks great, but one cushion... just one... had an issue with its seams. I purchased the insurance, but Allstate said it's still under a manufacturer warranty. I talked to Steve, and he was able to swap out the cushion for us. He was very patient and professional! I would definitely buy furniture from them again!"
"There are two Big Lots in the county, and this is the nicer of them. It has an open layout and a very nice selection of furniture. It’s typically very cleanly and organized. Compared to the Big Lots in Lorain, the hair and bath section is a bit lacking… but the toy selection is usually better."
