"This is a good grocery store, conveniently close to my house. However I'm confused about why black employees are almost exclusively in the deli department in the back of the store. I've been shopping there for about 9 years now and have not seen a black employee as a cashier or even stocker let alone in a managerial position. I would like to see more equal opportunity."

"Apples is a great locally owned grocery store. They have good prices and sales and really fresh food. The store is wheelchair accessible and they have the motorized grocery carts available right at the entrance of the store. There is ample parking off Abbe rd. It is usually not too crowded and only takes a few minutes to check out. Apples has all the grocery essentials at great prices, and it’s locally owned. Great all around. I highly recommend this store over the local Walmart."
