"Always a problem.Has to order your meds then they forgot to order, no refills when you still have more, hardly answers the phone.standing around until you walk up then tries to look busy leaving you standing there. I started using the Grafton rite aid months ago and they are the best. Very friendly, professional and know what they are doing. They don't give excuses, just excellent service"

"I've been getting the same prescription for 5 years from rite aid but another location. Came to this one told me it's a 4 hour wait so I wait and it never gets ready before they are closed. I leave and call the next day no answer, I speak to the cashier and she let them know i was on hold 20 minutes later I hang up. I actually had to call another rite aid just to see if it's ready or not. Now I'm waiting in the drive thru and it's been forever so I decided to give them the review they deserve. Do NOT GO HERE TERRIBLE SERVICE"
