"Unreliable: Eric installed an $8000 heating and cooling system a couple of years ago. It was difficult getting a hold of him to have it installed. But it finally happened. He was also supposed to install a water heater. He filled out the insurance form for me. But never responded to my calls or texts to install the water heater. I had to find a new company to work with. I have had only 2 minor issues with the furnace. Last year it took multiple calls and texts over a few weeks for him to respond. He finally showed up to look at it. He apologized for his unprofessionalism. The week before Christmas this year I contacted him about water filling my air filter compartment. He said he was busy and should be able to get to me by the end of the week. End of the week came…..no call no show. I was able to get a hold of him again on the second of January. He ask if someone would be around on the 3rd. I said yes. The 3rd came. No call no show. He has not contacted me since. I am extremely disappointed. I putted out a lot of money hoping I would be able to have support for the system JE Heating installed. I am now required for find another company to work with."

Kevin did the installation and was very thorough and professional as well as being patient in explaining things. I can't say enough good things about the service."

"Great company! Eric is amazing and incredibly knowledgeable. He has been doing my HVAC work for over 10 years and has been honest and reasonable with his pricing. Our AC went out and I was mentioning this to someone that was with Eric. He mentioned he did HVAC and offered to take a look. He informed me that a sensor had build up on it. Sanded it down and it worked perfectly for several more years. The estimates I got before he came over was several hundred dollars to "fix" an issue that didn't need fixed."
