"My wife and I are thoroughly satisfied with the care and experts of the good people at Chimney Care Company. Not only were they hospitable at their showroom, every interaction with a company representative was the utmost in professionalism, courtesy and respect. When they discovered damage to our order in shipping, the immediately ordered a replacement, and informed us. When Shane, the installer, came to our home, he was extremely knowledgeable and very folksy in his communication. He patiently showed us the options available and answered all our questions with warmth and humor. When he came back to install, his expertise was immediately apparent. He got the work done quickly and neatly. Bottom line, we can't recommend Chimney Care Company highly enough. We'd give an additional stars were that possible. Thanks so much, CCC. You ROCK!"

"What an amazing experience! First, we popped in when they were actually closed, rather than turn us away, they went ahead and set up our appointment to have a clean and inspection. When the day came, we got a call precisely within the window they said it would be, and exactly 20-25 minutes later, Jesse showed up at our door ready to work. Our floors were covered, and even though we definitely slowed him down with a million questions, he always answered them, and made us feel we were getting extra special treatment. Our chimney was especially dirty, but he went the extra mile to clean it multiple times without complaint. There were obvious repairs needed, due to our own mistake of using improper replacement parts, as well as age and use. We were not chastised, but informed, and given reasonable estimates for repairs, should we choose to have them done in the future. We have had many companies out over the years of home ownership for various services, this one stood out as one of the best. Thank you, and we will be return customers for sure!"

"Years ago Chimney Care installed a pellet stove in our new addition. Loved it until 40 lb pellet bags got too heavy to move around. Shane with Chimney Care then installed a propane gas stove. That does everything the pellet stove did except the is no bags to haul, ashes to take out, and no door gaskets to maintain. Chimney Care (Shane) does a fantastic job of normal servicing. I highly recommend the products, company and service."
