"Highly recommend. Very pleased with the service and repair. Communication was excellent. They communicated every step of the way and answered every question. They listened and remembered what I asked to be done and not done. They went above and beyond. I had a small parking lot ding not related to the accident. I asked about it and they contacted their PDR guy for an estimate. I am pleased with how patient they are. When I went in for the estimate there was a person ranting about wanting his car fixed now now now! They kept explaining to him the process and the global parts shortage for some cars. I worked in customer service for years and I know the self-control it takes to not engage. Good job guys. In my 50+ years of driving this far and away the best experience I ever had with a body shop. "They have had my car for the better part of two months already and they are once again telling me "should take about 2 more weeks." The first time they gave the car back they stated that there were no problems with the car, but come to find out the bottom of the car was WIRE TIED! It has been another month since then and they still have not put the car back together, they are now claiming the AC went out and that needs to be fixed. The AC worked perfectly before I Brought it in and now it has problems. If you want a body shop that does clean, good work, that won't take months I would recommend Don's Auto Body in Montgomery. Worst experience I have ever had when it comes to car repairs."
