"I had my car towed here after a wreck. They took my name, information, sent the tow truck away, and told me they'd call me. After not hearing a single thing for about 24 hours, I called, and they told me that they have a 3 week back log of work and won't be able to look at the car, so I'll have to have it towed off their lot at my expense. They had the same back log the day before, but allowed the tow truck driver to drop the car, and didn't bother to tell me or my wife that they had no time to look at the car. Don't expect them to be honest with you when you leave your car there."

Although my car was determined to be a total loss by my insurance company, this shop and shop owner were very understanding. He worked well with my insurance agent and even though I could not use his services, he was very kind. If I have the need for body work on future vehicles, I will be taking them to him."
