"Please read this review! First time going to this dealership for service because my usual one was booked out for over a month. I only requested a transmission drain and fill and only had that service completed. But not before they came to me during the service and said i had corrosion on the battery which needed replacing, the engine filter needed replacing, and the air cabin filter needed to be replaced. I changed my air cabin filter last month so i knew they were lying about it needing to be replaced. I asked the lady why it had to be replaced and she said "oh the tech said it was very dirty and needed to be replaced! " and i told her i changed it last month to which she said," oh well yeah he said it was very dirty!". I declined all the additional services they requested of me and waited for them to finish up. Once they finished and called me for payment, i requested to talk to the tech about all his findings. She said he was already on another service and they dont usually call up the techs to the front. I asked her to go ask him what all exactly he did to find these services as needing to be done and she just repeated what she had earlier. I asked her if the tech actually went and checked the air cabin filter physically and she said "no, actually he made that request based on time that the vehicle has been in service" and then she said that she was disappointed in him...apparently.... making a judgement for a service without actually taking a look at it is a crime! I then asked about the battery and what was wrong. She said there was corrosion. I asked her if it was corrosion or sulfation to which she confirmed some fascial corrosion topping on the battery to which i could take a wire brush to to clean it off to which i replied "Exactly! " another pointless and unnecessary request for a service that was not needed! If you are going to this dealership please make sure you only get done what you go in for and dont get any other recommended false services they say you need to get done!"
