"The Mt. Lookout Shoe Repair guys are genius. I once again took a pair of suede shoes that I thought were ready for donation and they look new again. Suede was navy with tiny touches of teal and magenta and soles were light. Put non new soles and heels and refurbished the suede. Perfect!"
"BESTTTT OF THE BEST! They took care of me with NO time to spare, as I was leaving for France. I asked them to make a simple repair to a - I kid you not- 1970s vintage leather pair of heeled sandals. They did what no shoe repairer has done before- they completely “renovated” my shoes and made them so durable that I have almost exclusively worn them while in the South of France. The cobblestone, tiny, uneven streets I assumed would surely destroy my beloved shoes but NO! They have been perfect and look amazing. I can’t say enough about this business- 10/10 for everything- customer service to skill. So happy I found them and will be back with other sad shoes looking for new life! I had the entire wedge heel redone, new adjustment and clean up to straps, new leather insole, and who knows what else- they’re perfect now!"

"Cannot recommend this place enough! These folks care about quality craftsmanship and always do the most amazing mods and repairs on my shoes. They have resoled countless Louboutins and Ferragamos for me. They have given many of my beloved, worn shoes a new lease on life! I always go here for waterproofing, cleaning, having heel/toe taps installed. One time they were able to perform magic in removing some watermarks off of some patent leather and pony hair dress shoes. They have a new customer service system where you can text for updates/pickup and they can even send you pics when the job is complete. Don’t go anywhere else to get your shoes repaired!"
