"I had a water pressure problem. The emergency valve was leaking water every time we would have the hot water on. The guy who showed up did an awesome job. He installed a new valve, set it at the right pressure. No more leaking water. I recommend this company to anyone needing plumber services. I will use them again if the need arises."
"Cut a 18x18 hole in my ceiling for $300 all to tell me there weren’t any issues with the plumbing. Didn’t fix a single thing and walked away with $300. Was told it had to be an issue with my shower and may cost $10k to install a brand new shower...was told the owner would call to verify, inspect personally, all of which never happened because he didn’t have the curiosity to call me. It took me calling for three weeks to get ahold of the owner, who ultimately told me he would not be out to inspect himself. Really disappointing service and very disheartening to be told that I potentially have a $10k issue over my head for 3 weeks with no follow up. That’s not right - do your research and go elsewhere for plumbing service."
