"This is my first and last experience with geek squad. I scheduled appointments to have two iPhone batteries replaced. After spending more than 30 minutes checking me in they proceeded to tell me that they do not have the battery in stock. Seems to me that when I made the appointment online, they would have been able to tell me that we are out of stock that item. They did, however check the Apple store’s stock and that I could leave my phone there for 3 to 4 days. no thank you. What a huge waste of my time."

"I rush in yesterday, without an appointment bc my 6 year old decided to put a passcode on my iPhone and couldn’t remember what it was. I had to keep the phone open the whole time so it wouldn’t lock to passcode. I walked in, the guy greeted me, talked about my issue and started almost immediately. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I am beyond grateful that he fixed my issue and walked me through everything. I highly recommend these guys. I wish I could remember the technicians name. He had longer hair and glasses. Very nice. Very professional and he knew exactly what he was doing."

"You need an appointment which sometimes are not available for a few days. The staff is generally very helpful, but some are obviously more knowledgeable than others. All in all it has been worth the price to have total tech."

"If I could give less, I would. I had an appointment for Saturday but stopped in on Friday because I needed my laptop. The Geeksquad said they could look at it. It is a few years old and I explained that it is slow. I only need it to browse the internet. He turned it on and it was taking forever (which was my complaint). He started telling me in all these technical BIG WORDS, that he could assure with almost 100% accuracy that I would be better to buy a new one. I told him I was not going to buy a new one that it just worked in May. I asked if he could restore to factory and he said no that because I installed windows 11, I used the license for windows 10, or something along those lines. He was dismissive and would not even look at it. I took my laptop and went home. I restored it to factory settings myself. I used windows 10. It took some time but works like a charm. This has destroyed my faith in the Geek Squad. They are only trying to sell. It makes me wonder if the last time I took my desktop in and ended up buying a new one was really necessary."

"My iPhone 12 Pro started having a microphone problem about a month into owning the device. I put up with it for a little while but I was tired of people not being able to hear me unless I was wearing headphones for a phone call. I went in for an appointment and the tech that helped me was very professional and knowledgeable- he diagnosed my microphone problem quickly and while we originally thought we would have to send my phone out for replacement, he went to check again and lo and behold, they had the same model, color and storage size of my original phone in stock. Swapped it out quickly for the warranty replacement and I was out the door in 30 minutes. I wish I got the technicians name, but highly recommend their apple service!"
