"Tom is amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure my water heater was properly fixed and installed. He was on time, professional, and he even took care a some minor issues that he found while swapping out the water heater. He could have waited until they became an issue and come back again. Rather, he was honest, and simply took care of it for me right then and there. When I asked how much, he said "don't worry about it. I had the part on the truck (it was a valve of some sort) and I did not want to leave you in a lurch. Then when he left, he actually swept the kitchen floor to make sure he did not leave a mess. All I can say is, if I have another plumbing issue, Tom is my first call"
