"Called Dave on a Saturday and got a call back within an hour. Half an hour later he was at my house fixing my sump pump. Professional and responsive service."
"When my water heater started to fail, Dave was out the same day to diagnose the issue. He showed up on time, clearly explained options and pros and cons, and his work on a tankless replacement for my tank-based heater is incredibly nicely done. He cleans up carefully, takes care to use coverings on carpets when transporting the old gear, and made sure I knew details of how the system works before he left. I continue to be impressed with the care he shows - he has done other work at my house prior, and always takes the time to check proper function on my water filtration and softener if he's at the house for something else."
"Dave Judy is a fraud and dishonest. I can't put it more kindly. In 2018 he installed a tankless water heater in our home. 3 months ago it stopped delivering hot water quickly, taking up to a minute to deliver. I got hold of him--and ater a week he came. He said the pump needed a part, it was under warranty, he would get the part and install it. He has never come back, and after more than a dozen calls to his business number, he has answered none and returned none. I finally called the manufacturer (Navien) and learned two things: he never ordered the part, and he charged at least $600 above what should be the top price for purchase and installation of the unit. This is not a man to be trusted in any way."
