"When we first got in an apartment everything was great. They have no maintenance crew for any of the apartments they rent out. There was no maintenance done before we moved in. The railing going upstairs had no anchors “just hanging off the wall” the fridge smelled horrible, there was so much calcium built up on every plumbing fixture, “of which I took detailed documentation of” timed and dated when we moved in as proof of neglect. There was a time when our neighbor was suffering next door and could not shower so we had to let him come over and shower at our place because they refused to come fix anything for him. There’s plenty neglect outside, gutters hanging diagonally. They do not check up on tenants and they neglect the property to the point where you start to question so you go talk to all the other tenants and figure out “oh man it’s not just us it’s the whole apartment complex.” I just do not understand why people can’t run an honest business it’s not that hard. All you literally have to do is take a percentage of all the rent you collect and put it toward a maintenance crew that goes around and fixes all of the properties so you’re not a scum lord. This business has no human decency, unethical, immoral business practices. Of which I also have hundreds of pictures and videos I took upon moving in, with the copious amounts of Black mold and yellow mold they left in the apartments, I went down there and dealt with it myself because like I said, no maintenance. You have moved into this black moldey basement so now it’s your problem “is their mentality” it’s those apartments over there in Louisville OH. This is like a mass tenant lawsuit because it’s mass neglect to all tenants. I mean there’s mold in every single one of those apartments. You simply do not move people into an apartment with toxic fumes. But no, there’s not maintenance done so they move people in and you wouldn’t know because it’s hidden. Nope it’s let’s make the tenants take care of all of our maintenance for us, let’s trick people into renting these apartments and see how many people we can get to fix our stuff for free. You know I have common sense and I seen the way they treat people early on. That’s why I took all the pictures and videos and could make a full length documentary because I’m ten steps ahead, I run ethical honest businesses. I don’t tolerate the disrespect. "Think twice before working with these guys. Would not recommend this company to anyone. This company has done so wrong and I’ve seen first hand. Personally have not worked with this company but they are unprofessional and will not take responsibility if they are in the wrong. Editing my review upon posting of it by free will. Not in response for Mr.Jennings. I’ve heard and seen the full story from both sides. "Horrible landlord and property management. They seem to never have time to talk. Are very cheap. They do not care about the tenants or there wants needs. When moving out they will go to any length not to pay you your deposit back. 0/10"
