"I toured and its an absolutely beautiful community with great amenities! But there's a lack of communication. I was told id been emailed more information on units after the tour but didn't receive anything. i applied a little over 2 weeks ago and have been sending emails with no answer. I had high hopes after taking the tour but was disappointed I never received any updates or anything about a possible wait list or status. : ("

"Do not move here, the drawbacks greatly outweigh the only two benefits: space and a built-in garage. There are many issues and the staff do not care. Almost as soon as we moved in last March, some wind took down the tree in our yard, and when we were told it would be taken care of same day it took a month to get it removed, and it was done by landscapers, not maintenance. One of the bedrooms toilet pumps also broke soon after moving in. Took over a month for maintenance to come down and fix it. Our AC broke right as summer started, and it took 2 months for someone to come out, and they decided not to fix it because it had started getting cooler. The furnace went out just as it got cold (10 degrees), and we had to go into the office to get someone to come down and fix it because no one had responded to our urgent maintenance request. There is also a hole in our utility closet due to seemingly water damage from a pipe. There is a rat that has burrowed through our wall and into our garage, and is probably already eating the inside of our walls. I have seen a few rats in the streets as well. The staff are impossible to get a hold of over email or the phone. They never pick up the phone, they never call back when we leave a voicemail, and they do not respond to emails. The only way to get anything from them is to go into the office and talk to someone in person. Moving here is a regret I will have for a few years after I finally escape."

"If you are looking for the worst apartment to live in ohio or on earth, then don’t look too far Dublin park is the worst apartment to live in, as far as I’m still paying my rent and taking them to court I’ll keep leaving my reviews every month to make sure people don’t fall for this, they would tell lie to your face, make you feel comfortable and tell you to ignore the review that they are under new management, that a lie don’t believe them the property manger named Erica is the worst property manger i’ve ever come cross, she is rude, racist and doesn’t care as far you signed the lease back story we were suppose to move in 11/01/23 by 10am, we got a call from the apartment asking if we could come by 1pm saying the apartment was not ready, by 4pm when we arrived the apartment was not ready, ( giving them enough time to make it ready ) was a big MESS, the property manger named Erica is very rude didn’t care that about anything, didn’t make any kind of arrangement for us to sleep or stay that night, the next day we went to check the apartment still not ready( i’ll attached picture of the apartment ) the property manger still didn’t care about us, all she kept saying you signed a lease we can’t break it even when the house is still under construction. I wonder who hired the property manager named Erica, she is rude and doesn’t fit to even manage chickens talk less of property and apartment. Like I said If you want to cry and be extremely stressed, spend money on hiring a lawyer then this apartment is for you. but if you want your peace of mind, don’t try it. she even treated to call the police on me, thank goodness i’ve all my everything on file. Stay away from this horrible, terrible, apartment with the property manger"

"Beware! Don't rent here. Our apartment's AC motor blew and it has been more than 14 days since we notified them. When I reached out to the Property Manager today and asked her to prorate the rent, she (instead of being empathetic) was extremely disrespectful/rude and began arguing with me that 20 other tenants are also without an AC. When I asked why she failed to provide me with a portable one before, she said all of them were being used previously. Then, when I asked for an email/phone number of higher management she refused to provide me their info. As per Ohio Bar, every tenant have the right to know the name and address of the owner of the residential premises and the owner's agent. I'm reaching out to the County Auditor on Wednesday, if I don't hear back from any of their higher management. As a last resort, we may need to complain to a governmental agency, as it is a clear violation of housing laws/regulations affecting health and safety. Lastly, I’d like to add that the Apartment Maintenance Supervisor Chris was able to gauge my frustration/despair and showed empathy unlike the Property Manager there. Note: Also, beware of parking car outside at night as thieves are targeting this area and stealing Wheels and Catalytic Converters. There were at least 10-12 incidents this year alone. But, last time I spoke they’re finally allowing tenants to put their cameras back on."
