"Maintenance takes months, so if you are impatient, don’t live here. There are plenty of excuses provided by the company for why maintenance is held up. I’ve been unable to use my master bath for months due to sulfur gas released from the fixtures. I hate to post negative complaints but I am desperate for the staff to take notice."

"I waited until I got my security deposit to write a review, and the only regret I have about this apartment is ever moving out! I miss it everyday, the leasing office is so kind and the maintenance team are quick to assist you with any issues you may have. Even when we moved out and had some forwarding address issues they assisted us immediately. I have so many great things to say about this apartment complex and I recommend it to everyone. We were there when the leasing office was taken over by new management and it all went so smoothly. If you’re the type that likes quiet and peaceful places to live this is for you! I could go on and on but personally I would move back in a heartbeat, especially to see those new renovations, I appreciate all of you at Times Square thank you for making our husband and I’s first time renting go so smoothly!"

"I was provided with an apartment that would leak water from the corner of a window inside my bedroom whenever it would rain. It has not been fixed in over three months, as of writing of this review. There is almost no communication and no perceived effort to have this issue fixed."

"I happily just renewed my lease because it's a very, very nice apartment complex in a great neighborhood. The apartment was super clean when I moved in. The design of my unit with the big windows, quiet walls and big patio is awesome. The hot water is instant, and the AC is cold, and the heater is warm. But, I think that one of the most important aspects of an apartment complex is the management. The management staff here is top notch. They're very professional and very friendly and will take care of your issues immediately. The same goes for the maintenance staff."

"We love living here! It's very quiet. The apartments are well kept, inside and out. Maintenance is responsive and pretty quick when you put in a request. The staff is wonderful, everyone is friendly! only thing I could suggest is adding fences to the patios areas, at least the ones that face the parking lot. It just feels like there's no privacy and anyone can run up on your porch and access the sliding door. The apartment we viewed before we moved in was in the courtyard and was a covered patio so i didn't really understand the unit we would get would be so open and not covered. Luckily Everyone is really nice and keeps to themselves and it is very well lit so I do feel safe!"
