"This is the worst over priced balance I have ever received…EVER!! My acrylic was pink and she used natural!! She did one repair on my middle nail with a tip that was too small and made NO attempt to shape that nail!! She just did not care at all!! AND she didn’t even file off all of my previous polish!!"

"As they were trying to remove my prior gel polish, they could not actually tell that it was gel polish. They thought it was acrylic because of the quality of the gel that I had on my nails. They could not seem to get it all off. (Kiddos to Liz nails in Maumee. Unfortunately, they were out of the country. ) They trimmed my nails unevenly and sanded the beds of the nails unevenly as well. When it was time to polish the nails, she immediately started with the color. There were no base coats applied at all. I am used to getting three base coats followed by three coats of nail polish and finished off with three coats of top coat. The policy applied, was see-through in some spots and gloppy and others. The machine that dries the nails in between coats couldn't be moved from hand hand because it would fall apart. The polish looked terrible as it was placed upon uneven nail beds. She did apply one Thin top coat. They charged me $35 for this service. That's outrageous. And when I got to the car, the Polish on one of the fingers wasn't even dried so it smudged at the base of the cuticle. This was a terrible experience. There were only about 30 colors to choose from. The staff appeared nice, but they definitely were not well trained in their craft."
"Do not go here! There are only 2 workers. The man and his wife. The man does great on the nails, but the wife butchered my toes! I paid $87 for an acrylic fill w/ gel polish and a pedicure. She did not scrub my feet and left rough patches and she cut a chunk of skin off my toe! She was very rough and acted like it was my fault it happened and kept trying to paint it as blood is just flowing out. Almost cost $100 just so i could leave injured... Save your money and your toes!"
