"Gel mani and pedi. Mani started 15 late no explanation or apology. She didn't push back my cuticles so day 2 the backs were already peeling up and catching. The front desk girl came up to my tech 4+ times about other appointments and adjusting schedules for upcoming appointments during our time. The appointment after me got there early and was staring and it was awkward. The lady who did my pedicure was super sweet and did a great job"

"I’ve been going here consistently for a bit and have not had a problem before, but at my most recent visit I was very disappointed with the service I was given. I got a gel manicure and a regular toe pedicure. I arrived on time but my pedicure appointment did not start until almost 30 minutes after the scheduled time. Then, it was very rushed. The lady was nice, but no apologies or explanations were given for the lateness. Then, I had to wait another 20 minutes past my nail appointment time. Again, no apology or explanation was given for the delay. The appointment took almost 1hr 45min and I feel like the quality was very average given what I’ve gotten before in the past. I was very disappointed this time and it did not feel like the same place I enjoyed going to before. Edit: the lady cut my toe during my pedicure, did not apologize and now it’s been almost three days and it’s still red and throbbing. The manicure is also so far from my cuticle it looks as though it’s already grown out."

"I was so looking forward to my visit! It was for my wedding and considering the price $70.00 for a full set with white tips I was shocked that just two days later (i got them done on Thursday and by Saturday) 7 of my 10 nails are visibly lifting :( if you see in the pics the white around the edges near the nail bed that aren't secure to the nail- that's not the top coat. But speaking of the gel top coat on my nails literally started chipping at the nail tips the very next day. I did nothing to cause this just normal everyday activities nothing nowhere near labor intensive or anything that would be considered hard on my nails. I would hope this isn't normal but either way to pay that much for them to look this way already is shocking! Not to mention a few of the nails are far from the cuticle like it looks like they have already been grown out for a week an a half! Maybe I should have expected this when it only took 45 minutes for the whole appt to be done. Very disappointing though."

"I highly recommend booking with Thanh Nguyen! She's very talented and very nice. I never know how to small talk (plus, I have hearing loss), so I'm very thankful she doesn't seem to mind that I sit there awkwardly silent the whole time lol. Also, she's quick! I have been in and out on my 1 hr lunch break, even with the nail art! She's the only nail technician I've gone to that will draw designs, and I've never been happier with the results! After my first appointment with her, I told her I would be a regular lol I wasn't lying. 5 Stars for Thanh! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
