"Great for a starting point, but not a place to stay permanently. The residence are filled with so much miserable, two-faced toxic people, that you should be VERY cautious when meeting people, and who you invite into your home, not that I would recommend meeting anyone in the building to begin with - misery loves company. THERE IS SO MUCH DRUG ACTIVITY and bedbugs are a HUGE problem that will NEVER be solved. Places to eat are everywhere and they are walking distance. Other than that, if you ACTUALLY have goals in your life, stay here for a year, save up your money or get a better job, AND LEAVE ASAP."

"Granted, my review is from about 2 years ago. I wanted to see what else people were saying about this place and shocked to find no one really told it how it was. A few years back was young and just starting out, I had just got an apartment here and it was nothing but a hassle. Bed bugs infest this place and because some of the residents don't want to accknowlage the face that they're infested, no amount of anything will help get rid of them. My ESA was registered twice with them and both times the lady at the front desk "lost" them, the same women who had also lost my paperwork explaining that I could afford the $400 rent on my part time salary. I refused to live in an infested apartment, and when I tried moving, the same hag gave me trouble, insisting that I brought the bugs and that I would get them everywhere. I know 200% I would never bring any pest anywhere, and the fact she refused to let me use the elevator to move out was just absurd. To this day i still refuse to pay for whatever was left over because I know I paied the rent for that month, regardless of the fact I was only there 1 day from that month. They never returned my deposit fee ever, and I had never spent the night there to make sure I didn't get bit. Its a hell hole that I can't believe the state put me in and they refusing to let any newcomers know that yes, they're infected to high hell with bed bugs."
