"Stopped at an early time in the morning (just after midnight). Front desk was helpful. Breakfast was great. Hotel was clean. Only reason for a 4 star was I mentioned being a member and nothing was applied and the bathroom was tiny. This, however wouldn't stop me from staying again. Great hotel and convenient location."
"We loved how close this hotel was to various stores in Elyria. The bed was comfy and the bath was amazing. It was fairly quiet sleep, being right next to a car wash, but we loved relaxing here. The pool was a nice addition. We ended up taking baths because the shower head looked a bit older, but it was so relaxing. At some point the remote stopped working, and we got a new one at the front desk. This one didn't work either, but we were able to watch TV on a low volume and go to sleep. The breakfast was a great selection - I just wish the pancakes were bigger. Thank you for the stay!"
"I Wana say this stay beyond amazing!!!!!! Debbie is the MVP but all the staff is kind and caring. I'm a hot shot truck driver and I had a bad experience here that led to me being down and staying in a hotel here in Elyria. The rooms were quality , the breakfast was quality, the showers were quality, and the experience was better than most. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a recharge and rest . Keep up the great work Best Western, you guys made my stay absolutely wonderful!!!!!"
"We are very impressed by the service from staff. Especially Debby from this location is such a nice lady, and she helped us out of the way. We forgot our phone and glasses and flew back home, we realized that when we reached back home, Debby really helped us with shipping and tracked it. I'm really impressed. Her such kind act made us prefer Best Western in the future."
"This hotel is a great value! Hot breakfast with a good array of options including grab and go. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable bed. Soap, shampoo, and other personal care items provided. Usually don’t get those things at 2 star hotels. Location is kinda far west of Cleveland proper but the hotel is a few seconds from I-90. The business I had in Cleveland was on the west side, so not bad at all."
