"I lived in both the apartments and townhouses, management was great always came and fixed whatever we needed asap if we ever had a problem, management takes very good care of the whole property!! Great price for great homes, & a great area as well my kids made lots of good friends here! Liz was always super helpful and super understanding!"

"I lived there for years and moved out of the area. Everytime I call and ask Liz if there’s any vacancies she has such a pretentious attitude. You can’t tell me with the both townhouses and apartments every single place is occupied. I doubt that. Nonetheless Liz lacks phone skills and is completely unhelpful. She needs help in her communication skills."

"Liz, the rental manager is professional and kind. I’ve never had any issues living here in almost 3 yrs. When something breaks, maintenance comes immediately to remedy the issue. The townhouses are especially nice and probably the lowest priced rentals in Elyria."

"Managers are very active and always ready to help fix anything that needs fixing. Quiet and plenty of children for mine to play with too. Affordable & for the most part up-to-date on the inside. Rooms are spacious! The school the kids go to k-8 is Northwood. Also, good school. Highway is close & most fast food is close as well. My children and I are comfortable here & feel safe. My water, electric, & gas are much cheaper here. Haven’t paid more than $70 for water. We have 4 of us here. Clean when I moved in & management offered to help me move things in. Very nice people. New fences in everyone’s yard now. I felt very welcomed here when me and the children moved in."

"Not worth the money. Ceilings leak, no insulation at all. Water bill is ridiculous, but no one can explain why. Major bee, hornet, and spider problems. There parking lot is not taken care of. Everything in the units are outdated, if they even function. Had my stove professionally cleaned and it still smells awful anytime it’s on. The trash is always overflowing. They will literally fine you for everything when you leave if it’s not immaculate but yet they let it look like the a dump."
