"The apartment we are renting, came clean and incredible shape. Leasing office on campus has the most amazing staff. Very communicative and explanatory during the whole application process. On site laundry phacilities, and garbage receptacles! Very safe community in a good neighborhood!"
"I have been in these apartments for over half a year now and feel I can safely say its been the best apartment experience I have had in my half century of life. Taylor in the office has been extremely helpful with quick replies any time I have a question. Larry and Jack have been wonderful in fixing any issues with maintenance I have had, super personalities thanks guys. The apartments area is incredibly quiet I have thought if I wanted to get my own home I would want it to be in this neighborhood. There are 3 dumpsters for trash so I have never had an occasion to see them full. Parking is larger spaces so you don't feel cramped getting out of your vehicle. I am lucky to be on the first floor with double doors that go straight out to my vehicle, I know not everyone has this but its a huge selling point for me."
"Nice quiet apartments! Love the neighborhood we are in and there are never any issues with the fellow residents. Complex manager, Taylor, is very great at communicating and responds back quickly. Maintenance request get taken care of quickly and efficiently, they don't just bandage problems they fix them. They really seem to care about their property."
