"Went to help our son move his girlfriend. Not impressed with the looks on the outside didn't go in. The place needs alot of work it's falling apart"
"The landlord is careless. I have been assaulted om his property and there are constant drug deals. My car has gotten broken into and he says it's not his responsibility. He won't fix things I have broken my leg, ankle and foot on his property cause he refuses to better this property. There are people that will follow children around, alot of bullying and crime here. Constant overdose but he keeps a shelter for those people. If you have kids I would not consider this place and also suggest you must carry when living here."
