"Second edit. I am now just gonna keep it at a 1 star review, since we have been actively ignored. Emails being sent and not responded too, just do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live. Trust me the majority of us have issues with this place, including nothing getting fixed, loud neighbors at all hours of the day, and so much more. Edit ~ I'm lowering my previous 5 star review to a 2 star review. Due to my oven being broken since December 22nd after it sparked and popped and almost caught fire. I put in a request, sent emails, and tried to call to no avail. Secondly the noise, holy heck is the noise so bad. It wasn't so bad before with our old neighbors, but these new neighbors yikes. Baby always screaming and music blasting. CPS has been notified. This is NOT the place to live. They only fix stuff if you do public complaints like this. I will NOT be changing my review even if they come to fix the stuff, and tbh I'll probably just move out and find a better living situation, especially since these apartments are NOT worth the price tag on them. Hector and Angel fixed our apartment and Hector always advocated and tried to get our apartment fixed, and they finally listened when they got the new property manager, they are finally getting things done and fixing the shoddy job the last property manager did."

"MY NAME IS JASON MOUNTZ. I AM BEING EVICTED BECAUSE TAIDE MOLINA AND LAUREL RESIDENTIAL ARE LYING ABOUT ME NOT PAYING MY RENT FROM APRIL TILL JULY BUT I HAVE THE PAY STUBS FROM THE MONEY ORDERS THAT I SENT THEM.THEY EVEN WENT AS FAR AS LYING TO A JUDGE WHEN THE JUDGE ASKED MY LAWYER IF HE WANTED ANYONE TO SPEAK ON MY BEHALF HE TRIED TO TI GET ME CALLED TO THE STAND AND TESTIFY TAIDE AND ABE ALON IMMEDIATELY CHIMED IN WITH THEIR OPINIONS AND WOULDN'T ALLOW ME TO EVEN STATE MY NAME FOR THE COURT RECORDS, AND THE JUDGE WAS SO CONCERNED WITH GOING HOME THAN MAKING SURE THAT I GOT MY FAIR SAY THST HE ALLOWED THEM TO BULLY ME INTO AGREEING TO VACATE MY HOME DURING THE HOLIDAYS. IF YOU LIVE IN ONE OF LAUREL RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES MOVE OUT ASAP AND IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR AN APARTMENT RUN FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. FURTHERMORE I HAVE A PERFEFRIAL VISION DISABILITY CALLED DEPTH PERCEPTION DISORDER WHICH PROHIBITS ME FROM EVER DRIVING A CAR BECAUSE I CAN'T PROPERLY JUDGE DISTANCES. IT IS A LEGITIMATE DISABILITY FOR WHICH I AM COLLECTING SSI/SSDI SINCE 2008. THIS DISABILITY WAS CAUSED AT BIRTH DUE TO A BLOCKAGE IN MY INTESTINES WHICH REQUIRED EMERGENCY SURGERY WHEN I WAS 2 DAYS OLD AND SEVERAL FOLLOW UP PROCEDURES OVER THE NEXT 5 YEARS AND EACH TIME THEY HAD TO TIE MY ARMS AND LEGS TO CRIB . THE DOCTOR WOULDN'T EVEN ALLOW ME TO CRAWL SO MY MOTOR SKILLS WEREN'T ALLOWED TO DEVELOP AS NORMAL. AS A CHILD I WOULD ALWAYS WALK INTO OBJECTS AND TRIP OVER EVERYTHING INCLUDING MY OWN FEET, EVEN IN SCHOOL DURING RECESS I TRIPPED OVER A LITTLE GUY IN MY CLASS WHILE PLAYING BASKETBALL AND SPRAINED MY WRIST NERDLESS THIS YAS HAMPERED ME MY WHOLE LIFE ,AND MY PARENTS THOUGHT THAT I WAS JUST CLUMSY AS KIDS OFTEN ARE DIDN'T GET ME TESTED UNTIL 1996 WHEN I WAS 21 YEARS OLD. AND TO MAKE THINGS WORSE 2009 I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH TYPE 2 DIABETES WHICH MEANS AMONGST OTHER THINGS I AM MORE SUSCEPTIBLE TO THESE COLD WINTER CONDITIONS WHICH COULD BE FATAL IF LEFT UNCHECKED, AND NOW YOU WANT TO TAKE THAT RISK WITH PEOPLE'S LIVES YOU ARE HEARTLESS UNCARING PEOPLE ."

"I moved out here 3 days ago it's seems quiet so far they got a landlord she is very nice I just wish on the inside of the apartments was more updated but other than that it's fine to me"

"I would NOT and will NEVER recommend this place. Since the new owner bought the property promise's were made and never done. The apartments are run down and they do the bare minimal to fix it with maintenance people who work there. Also they said no new animals however the staff can have animals. They say they are remodeling but it is only putting a band aid over what needs to get done. UT Collins is a waste and they are quick to turn their back on you."

"DO NOT LIVE HERE. The apartments aren't to bad themselves but the organization is terrible. The management isn't together what's so ever. They tell you one thing and do another. They are rude as well. I lived here for a year and couldn't wait to be out. And I was told I was getting my full deposit back after moving out and then now i get a call saying they need to take money back. I do not recommend this place at all."
