"I have now lived at Copper Ridge apartments for 3 years. I have had the best experience since I've lived here. The ladies in the office are wonderful and willing to help you in any way they can. They may not always be on hand but get back to you as soon as they can.."

"This place isn’t what they make it out to be. My boyfriend and I moved in back in November 2022 so we haven’t lived here too long. At first it seemed great; nice updated apartment, laundry next to our unit, quiet neighbors. Maintenance seemed to be quick at first too. A few months go by and it’s the opposite. No one ever answers the phone when we call, whether it’s for maintenance or a noise complaint. They don’t care if your neighbors are being loud, it’s basically your problem and if you continue to have a problem, you are given the suggestion to call the police to file a report. We’ve complained to them over the phone and in person but nothing has changed. Our upstairs neighbors are rude and disrespectful. We understand it’s an apartment but when someone works from home, it’s a big problem. They are always blasting music, yelling, and stomping around. The office ladies don’t care if someone who’s not on the lease is living there or not either. They’ll claim to do something about it but nothing happens. My boyfriend also had a handicapped plaque outside the building by the door and has to have that spot as he has trouble walking due to surgery on his feet. Other people in the building don’t care if they use it so he’ll have to park far from the entrance half the time! We asked for that plaque specifically and it’s being abused without care. As long as they get their money each month, that’s all they care about. We were planning on renewing our lease when the time comes but that’s probably going to change big time. I’d steer away from this place and look elsewhere."

"I’ve been living here for about 3 years. Office staff is very helpful & maintenance is very qualified. Both office and maintenance are kind, as well. Emergencies will obviously get taken care of first, but there is a quick response for no emergency work orders and maintenance has no problem explaining things to residents either. Buildings are pretty quiet and most people are very friendly. Overall, I highly recommend here"

"I've been residing here for a year now, I like it because its quiet. And everyone that I have came across seems to be friendly! The ladies in the office are very friendly, and they are always there too help out if problems do arise! The maintaince guys are awesome too, they have helped me out a few times over the winter months, when my car got stuck on the ice, and with any other issues that I've had!!"

"I’ve been living here for going on a year and few months. I had a few hiccups when I first moved in but the situations got handled pretty fast. Stephanie and Kelsey in the office are great! They own up to faults and are very responsive to any issues or phone calls. No issues since the beginning. My Building is quiet and very welcoming. With the updates they are making things look even more better. I’m thankful."
