"Been here for 2 years. I unfortunately have to move because of health reasons. If you have a problem, the maintenance staff is right on top of it, and the Management are good at listening if you have a issue. I have been lucky and had good neighbors, if you want to talk..they will, or they will just let you be. I hope my next place will be as good as this one."
"The office staff was always nice and called for help immediately when needed. But Parking was an absolute nightmare. My apartment needed a new repair every month. Walls are so thin I can hear my downstairs neighbor's TV conversations. Car was vandalized and nothing was done. Head maintenance man was never very nice."
"1. Nieghbors are wonder and kind, but the staff however is not. Complex has a rule of no pets allowed but they, of course, allowed service animals. I asked before applying to double check that they would be okay with it & said yes. From the moment I signed the lease they gave me nothing but attitude especially about my service dog. Even made a comment about how they know you can just buy a certificate online (even though I provided a drs note and training certification). 2. Before moving in we had asked if they could fix the squeaky cabinet door & if they could clean the dirty shower & was told it would all be fixed before move in; it was not. 3. Walls are extremely thin; you can even hear your nieghbors tv & conversations. 4. Parking lot is FILLED with potholes."
