"Lived here for three years (college) and it was, by far, the three best years of my life so far....minus living here. I had a two bedroom, two-bathroom apartment. Maintenance must get paid by the hour, because they take days, sometimes weeks or months, to reply to a basic request. Oh, and they usually don't tell you when they're coming in to change filters and whatnot. They give you a date range, but don't actually say they're doing it. It's fun working third shift, and getting woke up by some guy going through your laundry room to change a furnace filter (he either didn't announce himself or I didn't hear it, but I'm a pretty light sleeper). Not to mention, they nickle and dime you for every single thing. Carpet replacement fee? 911 service fee? Yeah, there's an ambulance here almost every other day, but why am I paying a service fee? Pardon my ignorance, but do I not pay taxes already? Don't even get me started on the people that work in the leasing office... If anyone else living here goes to UC, just move into a dorm. It's surprisingly better."

"It has been over 90 degrees outside for the last week and maintenance has came everyday to “fix” our air conditioning. They claim it’s fixed yet are allowing us to keep a portable air conditioner that’s only cools the living room. This is completely dangerous and unacceptable. I had to get a sitter for our pets because they were smothering for two nights while it was 90 degrees inside our apartment. Our carpet was installed incorrectly and there’s clear broken lines in the carpet throughout the whole place. The sidewalks outside are broken and “sunk in” in spots outside of our building. Last winter there was almost zero snow removal. You can’t use the pool in the summer because it’s always full of unattended children. The office people are some of the rudest and uncaring individuals. 10/10 do not recommend living here."

"Friends beware! If you're sensitive to smoke, you may want to look elsewhere. My friend moved in here and she can barely breathe because the smoke smell from previous residents is so strong. Definitely a health hazard that should be addressed. Management seems to be brushing off her concerns."

"increased everyone’s rent $200+ a month but the park has been taken down since 2020, basketball area has been down for months, fire pit area has broken chairs and the pool during the summer is FILLED with unattended kids/ people who don’t live here making it chaos and super dirty. This place is becoming run down very quickly but continue to increase their prices and take away ALL amenities and spend their money on mulch but cant re build a cheap park? What do you guys now have to offer compared to other apartments…. These apartments are surrounded by YEARS TO COME of construction and the prices are not that much cheaper than competitors compared to all of the amenities they have to offer."

"People usually only leave reviews when they’re upset, right? You’re right. I’ve lived here for over two years and honestly have been pretty disappointed for the price of rent here. Railing on the porch is falling apart and not stable, walls are literally curved and poorly built (pictured), all windows in the house also bow and won’t close properly (hard to tell, but also pictured). It’s very difficult to be able to actually speak to the manager Sarah when you have an issue, she always seems to be “busy” or “unavailable,” forcing you to deal with the leasing agents. I’ve had an AC problem since before March 16th (that was just the first day that I reported the problem, but had a problem prior to) and as of the date of this review has yet to be fixed. Their “emergency maintenance” man is rude and not helpful. They do not staff to properly manage the property and maintenance needs, they refuse to call out a contractor when their staff is unable or unavailable to fix something. Walls are paper thin, can literally hear my neighbors tv every day, the entire property is very poorly light and dark at night - I feel pretty unsafe walking around after dark. I’m truly disappointed."
