"These townhomes are fairly old but the price you pay for them are reasonable. Cheaper than most 2 bedroom townhomes and they are located right in Walton. If you have children they would go to some of the best schools in the state of Kentucky."
"The outside looks very run down and in terrible condition. Have not seen the inside, but was never able to speak with someone about viewing or placing an application for my client. None of the reviews look promising anyway, so cutting our losses."
