"Hard to find. Poor signage to get to motel. Lady at the front was rude and ridiculously slow. Our room was filthy, hair in the bathtub, bathroom floor not clean, big beetle bugs in room, no soap, no Kleenex in box, room would shake when people walked by as we were on the second level, etc. in a pinch, like we were, it’s ok but otherwise stay away."

"Difficult to find the entrance. You have to go through the Pilot gas station. Rooms were comfy enough as long as they are not smoking rooms. BEWARE Darlene the desk clerk is a real nasty one. Surprised that the management keeps her on considering how nasty she is. And when you call her on being nasty her reply is I know how people are and don't worry this conversation is being recorded. Sad to think management has to have a recording device because of her nasty interactions with customers. Stay away if I were you. The reviews go back over a year on how nasty she is, so obviously management is going to continue to let it happen and be the downfall of their business."

"Room smelled so badly of cigarette and marijuana smoke that our eyes were burning as soon as we entered room, even though the sign on the door said nonsmoking. Bed spread and pillows were filthy. There was a bug crawling around on the floor. When we complained at the front desk, the staff member was unfriendly, unhelpful, and barefoot - which I thought was very odd and unprofessional."

"Not a good experience. For the 2nd time being a customer at this location, the same problem, albeit a small one, persisted, which was the clothes hanging rod was falling out of the drywall because it was not mounted to a stud but rather toggle-bolted to the drywall. But the real issue, which makes it inhospitable, was the lack of weatherstripping under the door (and a resultant bug already 18" from the door), which left a gap wide enough for my fingers to fit through. I brought it up with the supervisor, and her response was "that's what you pay for". When I insisted that it is not unrealistic to ask for a door to have weatherstripping and be protected from the elements she then said "When you open the door you let bugs in". Then she said "you'll have to call the manager in the morning". I asked for a spare towel to wedge and under the door, and she refused to be of any help. She got mad that I asked for help, or mad that I made an issue of it. But 20 minutes later, when I was on the the phone with corporate, she budged and offered a towel. All in all, I think she did not comprehend the overarching motivation, which was to sleep soundly knowing I'm inside and the bugs etc are outside. This was a double whammy of an inacceptable issue in the room, compounded by terrible behavior from the on-site supervisor or manager. Will NEVER be customer at this location again, Will not advise anyone else, either, else "you get what you pay for...""

"Room was clean looking until looking closer. Grime in the corners and dirt and a dirty napkin between the headboard and the mattress. Toilet was not flushing properly upon arrival so we called front desk and were told “you will need to come get the plunger and do it yourself” there were people in the parking lot playing loud music and drinking beer. We were there to simply sleep while continuing our trip. But never again!!"
