"My sister’s apartment has flooded with RAW SEWAGE from her laundry drain no less than 7 times since November. They have not relocated her to one of their vacant apartments and still awaiting management who said they would be here in 30 minutes and it’s been two hours. If you want a decent property management company, this is not the place for you! Edited since I can not reply to the “concerned” reply from the management: We have contacted management as well as corporate and yesterday was told that they will not relocate her to one of their vacant apartments unless she signs a new lease and agrees to pay the increased rent rate, which is $400 more than she currently pays. Her apartment is in the same condition almost a week later and they have not offered to pay for alternate housing since her home is a biohazard. This company is not taking concerns seriously, don’t be fooled by their reply in “attempt” to make it right, because their actions have spoken."
