"Been here over 12 years. Like any other place there's good and bad neighbors. Drug deals going on and managers and maintenance really do little to help. Some neighbors put their trash on the balconies/steps instead of throwing it away in the dumpster where it belongs. Not the worst place to live but not the best. Nice size Apartments."
"I Love it at Amanda Acres. The apts are Beautiful and the grounds are kept Clean. If I could live anywhere in Clermont County this would be the place. ❤️ We have reg. Inspections and everything is kept up to date. I just Love it here."
