I have had a couple maintenance issues and as soon as I put in a work order James (maintenance) is quick to communicate, shows up as soon as possible , he’s efficient, follows through and assures the issue is fixed properly. He’s professional and when contractors are needed, he lets you know the plan and assures their work is done professionally and completely. I’ve been truly impressed."
