"Worst scumbag elderly woman owner. Total slumlord, and management changes every 3 months or so. New phone numbers, new maintenance, new rental payment ways each time. Save yourself time and energy, don't rent from them! The only people coming to do construction don't speak English and can't help you at all, no notice, work orders backed up and not finished ever."

"00000000 stars!!!! Horrible place to live. They moved me to another apt due to water damage my place caused my downstairs neighbor. From what we were never told. That place needed a new deck or repairs due to boards falling gutters broken water damage in the ceiling. Squirl infestation. Plumbing issues. Heat air never working properly. Old nasty carpets from smokers and pets. Loud bathroom fan improper water temps. Mold. New apt they moved me too. Fire 1st week there due to bathroom ceiling fan. Replaced fan huge hole in ceiling from fire still unrepaired. That never turned on. Refrigerator stopped working been off since September. Water heater leaks and floods smaller bedroom/living room floors. Plumbing issue for shower. Knobs on tub are rusted an broken can't give children proper baths. Stuck on shower. Have to shut hot water off by heater to keep from leaking much. No screens on windows. Dry rotted back patio closet door Above deck rotted breaking into my patio. No heat or air in master bedroom. Mold in freezer, previous old paint stains in carpet and wood floors. Wood floors by back door rotted from out side. Main entrance under mail box has huge hole in wall into my living room. Constantly dumped trash out side dumpsters. Neighbors feed stray cats and leave trash in the yard. Creek flooded with furniture and old carts. Furnaces filters not replaced in years. Pulled out it was crusted yellow/black and hard. Laundry room floods washers never works. Winter storms are ignored iced parking lot never cared for snow plowed or salted. Hole inn parking lot that myself and another person fell into I sprained my ankle. They didn't even care. Worst owners ever!!"
"I have gamily that live there and i have avised them to move. These apts. I think they need to some work in this place before renting them.thats just my thought."
