"Granted when you first see them they are nice. But they don’t keep up with maintenance. If you complain about anything, you are told you not like it you out in 30 days I personally experience that when I ask the kids that were mowing the yard to Not mow in the gravel with the guard up on the mower they were flinging rocks everywhere most of the time the grass is not mowed, but once a month And plan on your rent going up as soon as your lease is up and your water bill will vary how can a household of six use the same amount of water as a household of one ????? that does not happen the water meters they say they read do not even work on the end of the building they’re digital and they’re broken and if you are in a townhome with a security light above your unit they’re paying for that electric bill that that light is producing if I would’ve had one I would have thrown a fit how can a landlord make you pay for his security light and not even tell you how do I know this when the people left that were in the unit and the electric was turned off we had no security light when the electric was turned back on in their unit, we had a security light again so if you decide to move here, keep a receipt for every payment you make I was told and given a vixen notice twice that I didn’t pay my rent and they had cashed my check their office must be a mess when I called and said, why do I have a notice of eviction for not paying my rent when you have cashed my rent check there reply was I don’t know I’ll have to check. All I can say is good luck. .. they did return my security deposit because I left the unit like I found it when I moved in that’s the positive thing I can say I do have one more thing to add. I have been there since I moved I see people that have fences put up at their patio with little decorations, and Paul Grammas took my fence and shoved it up on my patio without saying a word to me. I felt like that was rude And unnecessary he could have asked me to remove it but now they’re everywhere there ? HUM he must be out of the country again.! I just wanna add the parking is terrible. You were supposed to have two parking spaces for each townhome. Wel most don’t follow that rule you can come home and not even have a place to park. The two spots are supposed to be right in front of your unit and others will park there despite knowing they’re not supposed to visitors or to park in visitor parking well visitor parking is very limited for the amount of townhomes that are there, they have space to where they could put in more parking but do they do it no you can park at the front entrance for visitor parking or park up by the mailboxes and dumpsters and walk a good ways sometimes depends upon what unit you’re visiting . . One other pet peeve trash. There are four dumpsters for the whole complex. They will be empty on Friday, but full on Saturday that is ridiculous and the people who live in the back have to put their garbage in their car and drive it to the dumpsters or you see people with bags of garbage sitting on the top of their car driving it to the dumpster. There is no reason there are not more dumpsters for this complex, so there you have it look around really good if you go and visit it"

"Not a horrible place but basement leaks and they dont fix and for the amount of rent you pay they should at least mark parking spaces...3 spaces for a 3 bedroom and 2 for 2 bedroom etc.. If someone has a get together they take your space forcing you to park down the street. I live in the townehouses."

"Do not rent, unless you have no other options. I rented one of the apartments (not the town homes) because I had friends and family in the same neighborhood. My apartment was not clean when I moved in, I had to request someone to come clean it. I had an issue with the tenant below me smoking 3 packs a day which was making my apt smell awful. They agreed to move me to another unit, if I gave them an additional deposit. Then tried to charge me for the apt not being "cleaned" when I left when it wasn't clean when I moved in. The second unit I was moved to, was also not clean. The tenant before me had locked their dog in one of the closets and the urine smell was so strong that I refused to move in at first, thinking it was the carpet. Come to find out, they didnt even clean the carpet after the previous leasee moved out! Katerina refused to do anything about the urine smells or stains in the closet, even after their maintenance man confirmed my complaints. I had to pull up the baseboards, tile and treat the concrete twice to get the smell out! They tell you that water charges are $20 a month, at the end of 6 months, you will get a bill for hundreds of dollars for water. 1.5 years after I moved out, he is attempting to sue me for carpet that he tore out when I moved so he could install the fake hardwood floors. Avoid the BS and try to find another place to call home."

"Lived there a year. They were always responsive to my needs and always pleasant and professional. There rent was reasonable for what you received. I would recommend this property to anyone. there rent was reasonable foe what you received."

"My boyfriend and I have always paid rent on time, or at least within the grace period. We have received notes on our door multiple times about rent being late. They must not check the drop box or are just too lazy on same days to check it and pretend they just never received the check. Today, I opened the door as Paul grammas was pulling away. He never knocked. But he left a letter on our door letting us know we need to either leave or pay rent within the next 3 days. We never got a letter saying we were late plus we turned our rent in on time. He was evicting us and couldn’t tell us face to face. On false pretenses. So many issues with this place."
