"I hadn't been to the dentist in about five years for various reasons. They took care of me without scolding or judgment. That was most appreciated. The cleaning took quite a while, but that was on me (5 years). While I don't know anyone that likes to visit the dentist, they made it as pleasant as possible. "Huge drop off in customer service. I’ve been a 20 year patient of Dr. Walters. I always get an 8 am appt and schedule them a year in advance. This time I got a text out of the blue saying it was changed to noon. Inconvenient as I work downtown, but ok fine. Cleaning took place and the hygienist said ‘no exam this time, the dentist is at lunch.’ There was zero communication in advance that the random reschedule to noon would also mean no exam. As I left my appointment there was no one at the front desk. A woman had been waiting ten minutes. They all had taken lunch and so the front desk is unstaffed. But there was no sign or anything alerting patients to that fact. Just a complete degradation of customer service."
"I have been treated by Dr.Walters and his staff for the last 5 Years, and I can't say enough about how good they are. Staff is always punctual for my appointments, they are friendly, and Dr. Walters does not try to upsell you on treatment you don't need. Also, 2 dentists he has referred me to for other issues are just as good."
