"Title: Unprofessional and Rushed Consultation I had a rather unsettling experience during my visit to this dentist's office. I came in with concerns about pain in my gums, possibly due to a cavity or wisdom tooth issues. However, I left the appointment feeling unheard and frustrated. The dentist's approach was rushed unprofessional and rude. When I explained my symptoms and my desire to explore the possibility of a cavity or wisdom tooth issue, he interrupted me and immediately suggested extraction without even examining my mouth or taking an x-ray. This left me puzzled and concerned, as it seemed he had already made up his mind without proper assessment. Despite my attempts to seek more information and clarity, the dentist dismissed my questions and concerns. When I mentioned feeling space in my gums and the position of my wisdom tooth, he shut down my observations and insisted on extraction without providing any concrete reasons. I requested an x-ray or scan to gain a better understanding of my condition, but the dentist discouraged this by stating that x-rays wouldn't show cavity issues. His response left me feeling even more bewildered and unsure about his diagnosis. Communication was severely lacking, and the dentist's unwillingness to address my concerns and provide clear answers was concerning. A proper consultation should involve listening to the patient's concerns, conducting thorough examinations, and explaining the recommended course of action. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of those expectations. I left the appointment without a clear understanding of my condition and without any confidence in the suggested treatment. When I took a second opinion with another doctor I was suggested that there was no need for any tooth extraction. My pain had subsided 2 days after the consultation and fast forward to two months I have no issues and the wisdom tooth is half out easily. I would caution others to consider their options carefully and seek a second opinion if they encounter a similar dismissive and rushed approach to their dental concerns."

"very unprofessional, I had an appointment set 6 MONTHS ago for me and my 3-year-old. they called me ONE DAY before to CANCEL because they did not have any one to do the job! they said she went on VACATION LOL.... just wow. I been there 3 times so far and every time its someone new and they always talk bad about the previous person. now they don't have enough people ... go figure."

"Dr Sehgal was very very rude to me.Not ready to listen or understand what a patient may be going through. Extremely bad listening skills. His staff members are polite but once he started the treatment he was acting like he owns you and not even ready to listen to your problems."

He doesn't charge anything extra or doesn't conduct unnecessary dental procedures to bill the patients. I would recommend him to all."
