Because of her extensive medical history & time spent in doctor’s offices, usually there is a lot of trauma even stepping in the door. Today we were met with all smiles, an amazing interactive, hands-on experience for her, and a knowledgeable, patient, and caring team who took excellent care of her and this anxious mama. "Short wait time and great staff! Reception staff was helpful and sweet. Jenifer was very patient and kind with my 9y/o son, and thorough and informative during his cleaning and X-rays. This did wonders for putting him at ease and helping with his anxiety! Dr Nick did a great job explaining areas of concern and next steps. Highly recommend this pediatric dentistry!"
"Still giving 5 stars because I only have an issue with one hygienist, Jennifer. She comes off as very rude. I have two young kids under 6, that both sat perfectly and had no issues but she spoke to them as if they were a bother to her. She was just very cold and off putting which was very noticeable due to everyone else in the practice being so welcoming and are amazing with my kids. I’m not sure if maybe it was just an off day for her when we visited or what was going on. You can tell they love to be there and made my kids enjoy the dentist. There’s so much to be said about Dr. Nick and his welcoming behavior. He is so nice, beyond skilled and thorough with my kids. We love going here and will continue to do so."
