"They are very bad. Their first concern is getting your money in any way!! I agreed with them that they would fix my teeth within the insurance limits. The doctor made a mistake by repairing one of the molars, then extracted it and promised me that he would return the money paid to the insurance company.. Accordingly, they suggested to me that they fix some teeth for me in exchange for that refunded money and within its limits.. After several months, I was surprised by a bill from them for 115$ !! On 01/22/2024 I called the clinic to tell them that there was an error regarding that bill and asked them to discuss this with the doctor and the insurance company and make sure that they returned the money to the insurance company, because the money returned is enough to cover the repairs and even more than that, but the employee who answered my call was not good with me, and she rejected what I said, and threatened me that if I did not pay, they would affect my credit, and she threw the phone in my face!! I'm so upset with them. Their treatment is so bad that they just want to get your money anyway.. I will not pay them anything because they do not deserve it.. and I regret dealing with them and I will never advise anyone to go to them...!!!!!"
