"I had a really great experience with Renee at Park Place, from before my lease began until it ended. I was hired at Miami University very close to the semester start date. I reached out to Renee regarding apartment availability. She was super prompt, sent photos, and helped expedite my application request. When I got to Oxford, she stayed on after close so I could pick up my keys. I appreciated this as I was driving in from across the country moving to Oxford. The apartment at Victoria Square itself was beautiful, exposed brick walls, lots of natural light, good neighbors, and nice grounds that were regularly maintained. Regarding apartment maintenance, every request was responded to immediately and fixed within a 24-hour period. The communication was really great.
